The solder side of my NS-2 looks exactly the same as the image anyway. I don't have a camera so I got the image of the NS2 solder side from this thread and edited it a bit. I performed continuity on the negative lug of DC and to the anode of the protection diode there's no connection. But when I performed continuity on the pin lug (negative) of DC in to the enclosure, it's not connected. I also noticed that R1 has been replaced with a jumper (supposed to be 100k).Īlso,I thought the ground of a circuit is connected to the sleeves of the jacks, and finally to the negative of the DC voltage. I replaced the diode with a 1n4007 but I still can't get it to work. When I opened it up, I saw that the protection diode is burned.
